The Wands Minor Arcana are often associated with spiritual connections, primal energies, thought and the seeds that have grown throughout our lives. Below is a list of the Minor Arcana Wands.

The Minor Arcana:Wands
Minor Card Description

A: Ace of Wands:


The Ace of wands shows a hand emerging from the clouds above with a single wand in hand. This manifestation seemingly coming from no where signifies the possibilities for growth and new oppertunities.

II: Two of Wands:


The Two of wands shows a man with what looks like the world in his right hand and a wand in the other. The second wand rests nearby behind him. He looks deeply into the world suggesting future planning, desicions and new discoveries.

III: Three of Wands:


The Three of wands shows a man overlooking a great lake with boats traveling across it. He holds one wand in his right hand, and two wands stand behind him. The scene suggests the possibility for expansion and progress. Even the possibility for travel overseas.

IV: Four of Wands:


The Four of wands shows a young couple in the background behind four upstanding wants with decorations stringing the two farthest ones together. The couple holds flowers in their hands. The scene suggests celebration, harmony and joy to you and those around you.

V: Five of Wands:


The Five of wands shows many men and women fighting with their own wands and looks like they want to claim the wands of the others. Conflict and disagreements along with tension in you and others may be coming.

VI: Six of Wands:


The Six of wands shows a man upon a steed holding a want with a beautiful wreath tied at the top. There are others behind them holding their own wands, showing that the man upon his steed has a strong sense of confidence and success in the public eye.

VII: Seven of Wands:


The Seven of wands shows a man firmly grasping his wand in both hands in a defensive fighting stance whild other wands come charging at him. This scene suggests challenge and competition with the need of preservance.

VIII: Eight of Wands:


The Eight of wands shows eight wands at a downward angle. This card gives off a sense of eurgency in its form and suggests the presence of a fast paced environment and action. Much like the Three of wands, this card can also suggest a potential coming of travel; Air Travel.

IX: Nine of Wands:


The Nine of wands shows one man holding a single wand in the presence of eight others. He is patient and respectful of the others. The nine of wants suggests a test of faith and boundaries as well as courage.

X: Ten of Wands:


The Ten of wands shows a man struggling to keep all of his wands together in a bunch. Suggesting the possibility of a burden or hard work, but satisfaction and completion is to come after these times.

P: Page of Wands:


The Page of wands shows a man holding a single wand while standing on a path surrounded by water. With so many ways to go, this card suggests the possibility of freedom, new potential, discoveries and inspiration.

KN: Knight of Wands:


The Knight of wands shows our Knight upon his energetic steed holding the wand upward. The passion of this card not only suggests just that, but also adventure and action. But don't be too hasty, as this card can also suggest inpulsive natures.

Q: Queen of Wands:


The Queen of wands shows the Queen upon her throne engraved with art of what look like cats. She holds a fully bloomed flower in her other hand. This card suggests confidence, determination, and nearing completion of a task or goal.

K: King of Wands:


The King of wands shows the King upon his throne engraved with art that looks like both cats and lizards. He holds a wand in one hand and keeps his head held high. This card suggests leadership, vision, and paitence.
